Graphic Designer – Work Remote in Florida

DESCRIPTION:

As a Graphic Designer at OptinMonster, you’ll be in charge of providing our users with high converting designs for popups, floating bars, fullscreens, slide-ins, inline, and other formats so they can expand their lists, leads, and sales.

Additionally, you’ll supply our team with t-shirt designs, slide decks, featured picture templates, social networking and YouTube templates, print publications, landing pages, ad graphics, print publications, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You are naturally artistic. You have a keen eye for detail and are an expert at creating assets for every marketing level.
• By using design, you may give emotions and concepts life.
• You’re a go-getter who seizes the initiative and sees projects through from beginning to end.
• You have good verbal and written English communication skills. There is no such thing as overcommunicating, in our opinion, as it is essential.
• You pay close attention to detail and take great delight in the quality and workmanship of your job rather than merely doing it quickly.
• You feel at ease offering constructive criticism to peers while still being respectful and professional.
• Working on projects of all sizes makes you pleased.
• You’re a researcher who studies e-commerce and online marketing.

Common duties consist of, but are not restricted to:

• Creation of Lead Generation Templates
• Design and create themes for popups, fullscreens, slide-ins, inline, floating bar, and gamified campaigns using feedback from your OptinMonster coworkers and clients as well as your own understanding of the needs of our target consumers.
• Design for Marketing Site’s UI/UX
• Create graphics for our websites, such as icons, banners, thumbnails, etc.
• Designing Landing Pages Create landing pages for webinars, PPC ads, collaborations, ebooks, etc.
• Templates for Featured Images
• Create the featured image template files that our content writers utilize to produce featured images for our website content, or keep them updated.
• Thumbnail images for YouTube and social media
• Create and maintain a library of social media visuals in conjunction with our social media manager so they can quickly and simply develop on-brand material for social media.
• To generate and maintain a range of Youtube thumbnails, work with our video producer. On the basis of current design trends, suggest testing for thumbnails.
• Ad Banners Create and maintain a wide range of ad banners that we may use on our own website as needed, as well as those that our affiliates can use to advertise OptinMonster in PPC campaigns.
• Publications in print and slide shows
• Create and maintain slide decks, checklists, manuals, ebooks, white papers, etc. Most of the time, content will be provided, but you might also be required to create specific pieces of collateral using your knowledge of our product and already-existing materials.
• Email marketing images and templates
• Produce images and animated gifs for email marketing templates.
• Event design, swag, and t-shirts
• Occasionally, create promotional items that will be given away to customers or used as internal corporate rewards.
• Create backdrops for conference booths, covers for stands, and postcards for use at trade shows.
• Product UX/UI
• Product Design is not one of the core duties of this position, but it could develop into one with the right applicant working under the guidance of our Design Team Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 to 5 years of graphic design experience at least one year of remote work
• With design programs like Figma and Adobe Photoshop, you’re an expert.
• Additional programs you’ll frequently utilize include: Screencasting software, Github, Slack, Asana, and Gsuite

Additional credit if you possess:

• Knowledge of creating lead generation campaigns with OptinMonster or a similar piece of software
