Responsibilities:

  • Lead PMO team members are integrated within Delta Wellness’ Global Benefits and Analytics & Innovation pillars to support all major divisional activities.
  • Observe ongoing project implementation for all funded programs.
  • Support the development of a plan to implement the Delta Wellness Flight Plan for Global Benefits, Analytics, and Innovation that enhances employee care, experience, and health equity while putting downward pressure on costs for both Delta and its staff.
  • Maintain alignment in important projects that touch the Global Benefits and Analytics & Innovation arena by fostering cross-divisional cooperation within Delta.
  • To promote agreement on upcoming initiatives and projects, compile information and supporting data from numerous sources and create a story that is conveyed in different ways to a variety of audiences, up to and including the C-Suite.
  • Take proactive steps to ease tension and confusion among project stakeholders.
  • Establish effective communication channels between Delta’s top Global Benefits and Analytics & Innovation leaders and their counterparts in other departments.
  • Always considers Delta’s fundamental value of a safety-conscious atmosphere when developing and implementing a strategy.

Requirements:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)

  • It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of professional experience (or an equivalent amount of work experience).
  • A track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary process design and technology initiatives on large- and medium-sized projects with a variety of partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive project and service delivery to customers, workers, and/or internal stakeholders by collaborating and working successfully with senior officials within Delta.
  • the capacity to set goals and targets, assess performance, provide coaching, and foster a productive, dynamic workplace
  • a quick study with knowledge of healthcare, health systems, and analytics
  • Develop your ability to think critically and make wise decisions to help you accomplish the objectives of your flight plan.

  • Candidates must have expertise effectively presenting complex topics and projects to executive level audiences both orally and through written presentations.
