AN EXCLUSIVE VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON-BASED WORKOUT/GYM EQUIPMENT COMPANY IS HIRING FOR REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!
Looking for local applicants in the Vancouver/Portland region since there will be a 3-week training period during which time presence on-site will be necessary every Wednesday of that week.
Responsibilities:
- Fielding a lot of incoming calls (30–50 each day)
- Respond to incoming calls from clients asking about the location and order status of their exercise equipment.
- Inform clients whether equipment has arrived, when it should arrive, and whether any items are backordered.
- Return calls from clients requesting purchase cancellations.
- Entering call information into their database to record it.
- Providing exemplary customer service to both present and potential customers
- Use Microsoft Outlook and the phone to contact internal customers.
Requirements:
Skills: troubleshoot, call center, data entry, and customer service
Additional abilities & credentials:
- One or more years of call center experience
- The capacity to operate 4-5 computer programs and screens simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Testing: Will be made available once a connection is made with an interested recruiter.
