Tasks at Hand
- Professionally welcome, greet, engage, and help visitors. Has to always look and act professionally.
- Give outstanding service in keeping with the brand characteristics and service standards of the property.
- Respecting hotel standards, minimize demands for information about guests and guarantee their privacy and confidentiality.
- Give correct details on lodging, dining, specials, activities at the casino, and directions.
Specialties
- Has must be a GED or high school graduate.
- Competency in computer operation.
- Preferably have worked in a resort or hotel environment for one (1) year prior.
