Pay: $21-$23, based on experience and degree
Location: San Diego; remote training
Timeframe: 3-6 Month Contract- If they perform well, they might be given a permanent post.
Beginning in April 2023
Responsibilities:
- A degree in any business field OR 1-3 years of experience working with clients in a financial services environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency is essential.
- Must function well in a group setting
- Must be able to perform successfully under pressure with short deadlines.
- Must have the ability to prioritize activities, perform well under pressure, and stay focused.
- Must have two or more years of customer service experience and be self-motivated.
- Must be eager and driven to engage clients in proactive communication
- Prior research and problem-solving expertise preferable
- Must possess a minimum of an Associates Degree.
Requirements:
- On-site training with the possibility of a hybrid model
- Validating documentation, activating and maintaining advisor accounts
- Investigate, address, and follow-up on any transfers, cash movements, account restrictions, and restrictions on the distribution of documents once problems are rectified.
- If necessary, get in touch with contra businesses to check on submitted transfers or to ask more general questions about their policies or delivery details.
- Examine and handle any requests from clients for advisors and their clients on cash management, transfer requests, and banking needs.
- Evaluate all paperwork that is received, keep track of pending issues and inform clients, collaborate closely with clients to find solutions, and precisely handle accounts as they are settled
- conducting extensive study on challenges, identifying the best courses of action, and providing the customer with the best possible service while minimizing risk for the firm
- Work together internally with relationship managers to ensure appropriate investigation and prompt issue resolution.
- Do fundamental tasks in all areas while serving as a subject matter expert for two or more back office specialized areas.
