Important Positions & Duties

• Track operational KPIs and carry out financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis.
• Examine previous outcomes, carry out a variance analysis, identify trends, and offer suggestions for advancements.
• Improve processes by identifying them, driving them, and producing tools, Excel dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc reports.
• Contribute to the annual and quarterly budgeting processes, solicit feedback from business partners, work with the consolidated forecast model, and keep track of items with significant variances from the original budget for future forecast revision.
• To comprehend the company’s financial situation, evaluate both historical and present financial data.
• Control headcount procedures, such as weekly and quarterly reporting, cost center guidance and mapping, and budget vs. actuals analysis
• Recognizing and understanding relevant data to generate business insight, learn how to interface with data-driven platforms.
• Work cross-functionally with important corporate leaders to influence decisions, detect risks, and seize opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working at a high-growth tech firm with 3-5 years of experience in finance and investment banking; coming from a SaaS/software company
• Strong attention to detail and exact analytical abilities are also required, since the applicant will be working with the CFO and other important management stakeholders. Top-tier financial modeling skills and the capacity to work well under pressure are other requirements.
