What Will Be Done by Our Lead Business Analyst
- collaborating with clients to identify business needs and elicit requirements
- creating products that accurately represent client requirements for improvement, issue, and support requests, such as:
- requisites for business
- Functional requirements
- Diagrams such as process flow diagrams and others
- Discussions on requirements and designs are facilitated by you
- presenting data and research to back up suggestions for solutions
- reviewing and inspecting requirements, estimates, and specifications with peers
- helping to create the related documentation
- Supporting internal and external clients as necessary
- gaining familiarity with the software applications, data structures, architecture, and computing power of Insurity.
- gaining practical experience with property/casualty insurance
- assisting in the coordination of work initiatives and facilitating estimation conversations
- Calculating the amount of work required of analysts
- assisting with testing activities
- carrying out additional tasks as given
Who We Are Seeking
- a bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience
- being familiar with the system development lifecycle
- understanding of the tenets of project management
- Possibility of traveling up to 25% to customers’ locations
- Preferably with experience in property/casualty insurance
