Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial data, performance returns, property conditions, and variance analysis for investors, consultants, and other stakeholders in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Calculating different performance returns and analyzing benchmark comparisons
- Examining and evaluating the property budgets, creating the yearly budget and strategy plan for the fund, and
- Calculating the right cash distributions while taking property goals and fund strategic strategies into consideration
- Projects include leasehold analysis, questionnaires for consultants and clients, and due diligence reviews to help portfolio management maximize investor value and achieve our goal of giving our investors high-quality service on time.
Requirements:
- Real estate accounting and analysis experience of at least two years
- Big 4 background is preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of Excel
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
- Drive by deadlines
- Having the capacity to function effectively in a hurried team atmosphere
