Responsibilities:

  • Observe the executive’s calendar and appointments.
  • Organization and administration of emails.
  • Make spreadsheets and/or presentations.
  • Social media oversight.
  • Make processes, a workflow, and structure.
  • Investigate technology and offer suggestions.
  • Administration of CRM: data entry and updates.
  • Make trip plans, including reservations for hotels, restaurants, and flights, vehicles, and other transportation.
  • Project Support and Arrangement.
  • Coordination and planning of an event.
  • As needed, lend a hand with personal tasks.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:

  • Experience working remotely and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
  • On call every day (Mon-Fri) during regular business hours, with a minimum weekly commitment of 15 hours.
  • Experience working as an administrative assistant.
  • A home office setup should consist of a Mac or PC computer (with webcam) with a minimum dual-core CPU speed of 1.0 GHz, 8GB of RAM, and the latest version of Microsoft Office loaded, which includes Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A dependable and quick internet connection.
  • Smartphone that can send emails.
  • A designated, peaceful, professional area.
