Responsibilities:
- Support the organization by maintaining or gaining access to material on Teams sites, creating presentations in PowerPoint, managing databases in Excel, and managing a small number of projects.
- Different jobs, initiatives, or company support as required.
- Prioritizing and communicating effectively while navigating through critical business issues in order to resolve or escalate.
- Keep a smooth flow of information on a variety of plans and priorities amongst all contacts, both internal and external, at all levels.
- Support with logistics, conducting the online presentation, and taking notes during meetings.
- involvement in numerous committees that support business initiatives, volunteer activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- creating status reports and executive presentations.
- Involvement at multiple organizational levels in a way that fairly portrays the organization.
- Supervision of the CVS executive leadership team’s high-priority and private meetings through calendar management, event planning, and meeting coordination.
You’ll need to use your strong oral and written communication abilities, attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks to succeed. Your success will also depend on your ability to take initiative, foresee needs, and use independent judgment.
Pay Scale
The standard pay scale for this position is as follows: Minimum: 21.01 Maximum: 48.08

Requirements:
Required credentials
- 8+ years of experience working as an administrator supporting executives on a leadership team
- Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
- Extremely well-organized and self-driven.
Recommended Requirements
- 10+ years working with a leadership team supporting executives.
- Knowledge of huge, multifaceted corporations.
Education
The equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in experience.
