  • Managing transformation to achieve strategic business goals while inspiring and growing a high performing workforce.

Requirements:

Must be a member of the Cohort 2-2023 of the Hiring Our Heroes Business Fellowship Program.

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Knowledge of controlling corporate finances and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Up to 75% of the time, you’re willing to travel.
  • A current drivers license.

Better yet, if you possess

  • A degree.
  • In a network, field operations, or equivalent environment for at least four years.
  • Knowledge of the telecoms sector.
  • Five or more years of expertise managing procedures and codes of conduct in relation to safety, attendance, performance, and work regulations.
  • DS1 through OCN, DWDM, ULH, Fiber finding, Fiber splicing, outside plant building, CPE, and CO or Terminal transport systems knowledge and expertise of five years or more.
  • Five years or more of technical experience, particularly in the areas of voice and data services, fiber optic installation and maintenance, and fundamental power understanding.
  • Knowledge of fundamental labor and employment laws.
  • Critical thinking abilities to address tactical and strategic problems on a daily basis, together with improved abilities to handle complex tasks and the capacity to give clear and timely feedback.
  • Knowledge of operational margins, financial controls, and budget management.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on details.
  • Having the ability to rectify and/or coach.
  • Knowledge and comprehension of project management procedures and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Understanding of data analytics and metrics management, as well as the ability to successfully implement change across the company.
