Responsibilities:
- Run the labs’ budget management, optimization, and investment plan (10–25%)
- Plan and create the agenda and material for each monthly product team meeting, as well as for external interviews and speaking engagements.
- Organize the annual offsites, trainings, and meetings of the product leadership team.
- Motivate the product team by having insightful conversations via Slack, organizing team-building activities, and gathering input on the team’s general well-being and mood to translate into actionable recommendations.
- Defining conference participation, managing internal teams focused on product inclusion within product development, integrating accessibility principles into our product development process, and other initiatives by Advance Labs to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Create narratives from product summaries and performance anecdotes that the team can use for presentations both internally and outside.
- Promote collaboration among team members, establish links to speed up work, highlight lessons learned, and acknowledge accomplishments.
- Establish and oversee the product onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement a strategy to integrate Labs’ product team across the company and into the communities where we are most active.
- To support crucial talent, team, and culture objectives, the person in this post will work closely with the Amex Digital Labs DA, VPs and Directors throughout the Product team, and the larger Enterprise Innovation Partners organization.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital products, with a focus on new product development
- Strategic, independent, enterprise-wide thinker with international experience and strong cultural sensitivity
- Interested in all things digital and possessing a keen mind
- The capacity to influence partners at all levels and communicate with a varied range of stakeholders while remaining composed and self-assured
- Excel mastery, a passion for budget tracking, and strong financial management abilities are required.
- Across all levels, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of bridging teams
- Sophisticated communication abilities in both writing and speaking, and when necessary, the ability to present compelling stories using visual tools like Powerpoint.
- With years of project management experience, this highly organized person is able to manage and prioritize numerous high-level and detailed deliverables for a variety of teams.
- Able to influence and lead, sometimes without having formal power
- Intransigent integrity is necessary while handling private information.

Salary: between $130,000 to $205,000 per year plus benefits, bonuses, and equity (if appropriate).
