A competent Email Template Designer with Front-End Programming and Pardot experience is needed to join the Robert Half team. Working closely with our marketing team, you will design and create eye-catching, useful email templates that assist our overall marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in HTML, CSS, and Pardot and have a good eye for design.

Responsibilities:

• Work together with the marketing team to create efficient email templates that complement your entire marketing strategies.
• Make sure all email templates are responsive to mobile devices, visually appealing, and eye-catching.
• Create and keep up a collection of email templates that may be applied to various campaigns.
• To improve the performance of email templates, use A/B testing.
• Use Pardot to personalize email templates and provide dynamic content depending on user behavior and preferences.
• Track email deliverability and address problems as they arise.
• Keep up of business developments and industry-recognized best practices for email design and development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience designing and developing email templates
• A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Pardot
• Strong familiarity with mobile responsiveness and best standards for email design
• Good teamwork and communication skills A/B testing and email deliverability monitoring experience
• The capacity to fulfill deadlines and operate independently
• Graphic design, web development, or a similar subject bachelor’s degree preferable
