Job Description: As a One Warehouse Leader, you will report to the One Warehouse Sr. Director and play a crucial role in driving the execution of One Warehouse operations across various pillars to enhance efficiency, safety, and performance. You will oversee multiple locations in the Penn West Region, including production and satellite sites, while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and support warehouse activities within a specific geographic area to meet operating and AOP commitments.
- Develop the warehouse component of the Division’s strategic vision for Annual AOP, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to achieve cost and performance targets.
- Ensure key performance metrics related to productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and motivation are met.
- Assess personnel capabilities and resource alignment for optimal performance.
- Address operational issues and develop strategic solutions for short and long-term goals.
- Establish clear performance expectations, build people capability, and manage change effectively.
- Resolve service issues and provide input into customer service.
- Collaborate with various business units and functional groups.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
- Effective communication and influence management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Travel may be required (approximately 35-50% of the time).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected compensation range: $113,300 – $226,600 (based on location, skills, and experience).
- Bonus based on performance (target payout: 25% of annual salary) and additional target payout over 3 years.
- Long-term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
