Responsibilities:
- Direct international investment approach in line with Twitch’s mission, strategy, and growth objectives for creator-type expansion.
- Supervise the development from initial profiling, selection, and performance optimization of new creator type investments, including prioritization, selection, and development.
- Keep up with trends in off-service live streaming and non-gaming producers to help guide investment decisions. This includes maintaining a thorough grasp of new non-gaming creators and creative activities (content, format) on Twitch.
- Choose the optimal use of resources to move toward long-term value creation; primary responsibility for budget management; recognizes the importance of content to consumers; and establishes priorities and goals in that light.
- Take the initiative in identifying and evaluating fresh, non-gaming business prospects that call for considerable global internal and external sway.
- Collaborate with the product teams to find product ideas that would open the platform up to new kinds of content producers.
- Create GTM tactics to promote the use of new tools and products that were made with non-gaming creators as their main target market.
- Supervise the creation of new deal mechanics and creator development initiatives to promote cost-efficiency and reward service creator success.
- Create frameworks for measuring performance and provide guidance for improving metrics and methodology
- Manage a portfolio of R&D investments across various content creator and content kinds; promptly decide when to invest and when to sell assets based on investment results.
- Monitor operational efficacy both internally and externally with a cost-cutting emphasis
- Oversee a 40-person, multidisciplinary team with locations across NA and EMEA.

Requirements:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience managing content acquisition teams
- 7+ years of experience in finance, business development, account management, or content licensing
- 6+ years of experience in a talent management, agency, or platform role promoting creator careers while working closely with creators
- Excel or Tableau experience, including knowledge of data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Previous managerial and staff mentoring experience in major enterprises
FAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing leadership experience in the pay-TV industry, a studio or channel group, or an OTT content provider
- Expertise in developing and refining methods
