Our Email and SMS program will be led by you as the Digital Marketing Specialist. Executing, strategizing, and improving these channels will be your responsibility in order to improve consumer engagement, conversion rates, and brand alignment. Your job will require managing end-to-end procedures while sticking to strict timelines, from content conception and design through testing and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Create and plan compelling content that is in line with marketing initiatives and brand storytelling for monthly Email and SMS calendars.
• Ensure a branded consumer experience by supervising the campaign’s design, proofing, and testing processes.
• Manage copywriting, editing, legal compliance, and product placement for campaigns.
• Utilize new technology to increase engagement and conversion with email marketing by implementing a test-and-learn strategy.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology while working with internal teams and outside vendors to expand email capabilities.
• Maintain governance for list management, data segmentation, coding, quality control, and targeted messaging.
• Keep an eye on topics in email marketing like deliverability, device compatibility, modular email design, and Can-Spam compliance.
• Regularly monitor and report KPIs to gain insights on how to manage budgets and future campaigns.
