Position Description:

To plan, create, and distribute content for lead generation, retention, and engagement, our marketing professional will work directly with team members. They will be able to use data to create priorities and SEO techniques to facilitate simple content discovery.

They will also oversee all of our social media accounts, including those on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Among your responsibilities in this position are:

  • Develop content through research, conceptualization, and writing, such as social media campaigns, practical lead magnets, blogs, white papers, scripts, emails, internal presentations, videos, messaging, and website content.
  • Create, produce, and implement motivational and creative social media content to grow your audience and boost interaction.
  • Make sure content is client-centered, data-informed, and stays true to brand
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar for social media
  • Keep an eye on social media outlets and tweak your material to increase engagement.
  • Following the conception of a project, the creative process, and the execution of all materials, simultaneously monitor the timing, integrity, and quality of deliverables for numerous projects.
  • Create material with a clear and cohesive voice that can be shared across many media channels for optimum usability.
  • Deliver high-quality, cross-market assets in collaboration with the larger marketing team and across departments to support our international operations.
  • Ensure that existing content and content produced by other team members is optimized, proofread, and edited.
  • Make sure that every material is SEO-optimized while preserving originality
  • Whenever necessary, collaborate on or oversee other marketing campaigns.


  • 2–5 years of digital marketing experience that can be verified
  • Strong preference for a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar profession.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a track record of explaining complicated concepts simply
  • deadline-oriented and possessing strong project management abilities
  • being knowledgeable about the most recent trends, ideal methods, and short-form content production
  • experience creating and managing content for B2B social media
  • strong computer abilities, including mastery of Excel, Google Workspace, and other digital technologies
  • Possessing the capacity for self-motivation, organization, positivity, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—as well as analytical abilities
