Position Description
EnterpriseDB is seeking a Digital Experience Analyst, responsible for creating innovative and compelling digital experiences that generate business growth. You’ll work alongside experts in brand, content, marketing management, web operations, dev ops, and legal to measure website performance and provide insights leading to optimization and enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities
– Handling and managing website analytics.
– Analyzing website performance and deriving KPIs to identify improvements for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey experience.
– Conducting monthly analytics sessions with stakeholders across the organization.
– Creating CRO plans and working cross-functionally to execute plans.
– Identifying A/B testing opportunities and running A/B tests.
Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience in website analytics and CRO.
– Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
– Experience with web analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.).
– Familiarity with marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo), CRM (preferably Salesforce.com), web analytics, and business intelligence (preferably Tableau).
– Experience optimizing and testing websites and landing pages for conversion rate optimization using heat maps, click data, and site analytics.
– Experience with heat map tools, such as Hotjar.
– Highly organized with a demonstrated bias towards action and data-driven mentality.
