In order to facilitate the delivery of use cases into solutions aimed at assisting people in living better lives, CVS Health Digital is recruiting for a Digital Developer Engineer III to help create our next generation cloud native health care platform.
To assist us in leveraging data and IoT events to supply crucial capabilities, you will use your experience working on the most recent big data, cloud technologies, and development techniques involving cloud computing, databases, security, encryption, and data transfer in this role.
Using cutting-edge technologies like Microservices, Docker/Containers, CI/CD, and cloud native environments, you will work as part of a team to design and construct applications and pipelines for data transportation, transformation, and dissemination.

You’ll work on innovative software and goods. collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to produce data solutions that will help millions of people’s health.

Responsibilities:

  • In a containerized and CI/CD environment, create scalable cloud applications and services.
  • Analyze, create, and create test suites and test automation
  • Software development methodologies should be tested in an agile setting.
  • Maintain, support, and improve current systems and platforms on an ongoing basis.
  • To produce elegant solutions, work cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, and other engineers.
  • Offer suggestions for ongoing improvement.
  • Guiding young developers
  • Create procedures for rapidly implementing fresh data analysis for standalone data-driven products and microservices.
  • Show that you have a thorough understanding of and the capacity to implement scalable web/webservices applications using industry standards and best practices.
  • To fully grasp client requirements, create prototypes, and move ideas to production, collaborate from beginning to end with architects, product managers, and data engineers.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of expertise developing software for business, online, and cloud applications.
  • Working with XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, and Java Script for three years.
  • 3 years of expertise using and working with frameworks, tools, and libraries including Angular 8+ and React.
  • 2 years of experience developing enterprise-level applications with Node.js.
  • We containerize applications and manage a multi-cloud platform. You should be proficient in writing, testing, and deploying code for cloud infrastructure.
  • Working familiarity with imperative, object-oriented, and functional languages and techniques
  • Knowledge of coding languages and tools such as NodeJS, JavaScript, and shell scripts
  • Practical experience with microservices.
  • Knowledge of using REST to construct APIs and services.
  • Knowledge of either AEM or Contentful as a content management system.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Vagrant, Docker, etc.
  • Technical knowledge of build automation tools like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
  • Having knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and scripting.
  • Knowledge of large-scale open source programming languages.
  • Platform developer with extensive practical expertise building scalable data platforms.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD/BDD)It is necessary to have a bachelor’s degree from an approved university or relevant work experience.
