Position Description:

You will conceptualize and carry out projects as a digital designer for Blue Corona, including designing desktop and mobile websites as well as banner advertisements, email newsletter graphics, and landing pages. You should be able to manage interacting with various clients through a number of mediums and be at ease working in a fast-paced, results-oriented workplace if you want to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow, understand the value of strategic design and user experience, and be able to strike a balance between design and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with their requirements for digital ad design, email newsletter design, website graphics, and other services by working closely with the team of digital designers.
• To plan and carry out minor website projects, closely collaborate with Project Managers, the Account team, Development and QA professionals.
• Give developers some basic feedback regarding functionality and coding for layouts.
• assist clients in meetings at the beginning of projects and during design presentations
• Help with the creation of graphic assets and library assets Contribute to the improvement of processes and strategic best practices

Experience with tool development and innovative design

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in web design, digital design, or a closely related field
• Experience as a digital designer of at least 1-2 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and web design examples
• At ease in a client-facing position
• competent technical proficiency and design ability
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of responsive design for mobile design Proficient use of design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge)
• Working familiarity with the best practices for website design
• Basic comprehension of standard principles for user experience design
• Can use data to present clients with analytical, strategic solutions to problems
• Professional, self-driven, trustworthy, and with a good work ethic
