Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contacting clients with delinquent bills in order to secure account settlement. They also perform preventive efforts to avert future overdues with high-risk accounts.
  • This job will be in charge of ensuring that issues and solutions are communicated to all levels of management, commercial partners, and technical support.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to constantly changing processing requirements and tools.
  • The candidate will perform support duties such as highlighting concerns, studying cause/effect relationships, and identifying chances for improvement or control.
  • Comprehensive support for our established processing needs. Competence in using numerous systems, technologies, and platforms to service all regions, including the United States, Canada, South America, the European Union, and Japan.
  • Daily processing should be monitored, documented, and tracked in compliance with specified SLAs.
  • Identify, escalate, and actively collaborate with colleagues throughout the firm to support the resolution of issues such as authorisation, connectivity, and file transfer.
  • Customers (internal and external) must hold you accountable for resolving their technological challenges.
  • Responsible to the team for completing agreed-upon tasks and deliverables.
  • Responsible to the team for delivering high-quality work

Qualifications

  • A degree in computer science, networking, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Ideally 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • English and Spanish speakers are required.
  • The ideal candidate will have great organizational abilities, the ability to prioritize urgent assignments, demonstrated attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere with little supervision within the framework of a team.
  • It is necessary to be able to display professional and courteous oral and written communication abilities.
  • Listening, Self-Control, Positivity, Assertiveness, Conflict Resolution, Empathy, Depersonalization, and Accepting Responsibility are all excellent soft skills.
  • Knowledge of corporate processes or operations involving authorizations and file transfers
  • The successful individual will be responsible for resolving BAU processing requirements. To do so, the candidate must be proficient in the following systems and processes: Transaction Authorizations, NeMo, GAN/GIG, Network, Clearing and Settlement, SPLUNK, CAS, ServiceNow, and SFT.
  • The candidate must have great interpersonal skills and the capacity to influence without power.
  • Analytical capabilities, troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to quickly grasp process/data/accounting/transaction flows and identify downstream impacts are required.
  • The candidate will serve as a resource for issue resolution and will be proficient in delivering root cause analysis to aid in the decrease of recurring event production.
