Our main objective is to provide our members with high-quality mental wellbeing that is personalized to their clinical needs and higher-quality care at a lower cost. As a Data Scientist Mental Wellbeing, you will collaborate with cross-functional experts in the field of mental wellbeing, including those from the departments of strategy, product, operations, sales, and account management, as well as with our clinical experts, to design, build, and implement initiatives that will allow our largest clients to perform smarter, self-service reporting and analytics. You will use your expertise in research, statistics, and modeling to address difficult issues that are on the leaders’ minds regarding mental wellness.

Responsibilities:

  • Create sophisticated SQL queries to extract data from the SQL Server, Hadoop, and Google Cloud Platform environments, which will be used as the basis for one-off and ongoing analysis.
  • A track record of using large-scale data analysis to assist commercial decisions
  • Takes part in the creation, verification, and delivery of reporting tools, statistical models, and algorithms. solves challenging analytical issues.
  • Maintains and improves production models that offer our clients custom designs and advice.
  • Analyzes organized and unstructured data using sophisticated statistical methods, mathematical calculations, and in-depth understanding of the company and/or industry to resolve many and/or complicated business problems.
  • Collaborates with clients and internal business partners to identify difficulties and apply advanced analytics to influence the root cause’s solution.
  • Creates presentations and consultations on analytics results and solutions for current and potential constituencies, and takes part in both. exchanges sophisticated information about one’s areas of specialization with peers and supervisors both inside and outside the organization.
  • To explore, analyze, and interpret huge amounts of data in diverse forms, need strong programming skills.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows:

  • Least: 70,000
  • The most: 140,000

Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.

Requirements:

Required Credentials

  • SQL expertise of two to three years working with big data platforms (such as HDP, Amazon, GCP, etc.) and a variety of data sources
  • Using any visualization tools, such as Tableau, for 2-3 years to generate dashboards
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills, both in writing and verbally. Ability to accurately communicate technical concepts and insights to a broad audience
  • Expertise in most mathematical analysis methods, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, as well as in-depth specialization in particular Fields, are required. GitHub experience is recommended.

Recommended Requirements

  • Masters in advanced analytics, research, and statistics
  • Healthcare industry expertise
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, economics, physics, engineering, or a closely related field, or the equivalent in work experience.
  • Ph.D. or master’s degree recommended
