Principal responsibilities
- Keeping operations running in compliance with policies and procedures; conveying necessary adjustments
- Gathering and organizing material for computer entry; determining entry priorities
- Helping with data entry and other administrative duties
- Participating in specific initiatives as assigned
- Handling materials containing sensitive information
- Ensuring data input criteria are met by adhering to data program methodologies and processes.
- Reviewing information and spotting flaws in customer and account source papers.
Qualifications
- Excellent Microsoft Excel abilities are necessary.
- Superior organizational and multitasking abilities
- Enter data at a rate of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy.
- Capable of working alone with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Basic computer software and office equipment knowledge
- Thorough understanding of data entering
