Responsibilities:
- A variety of medical documentation, such as Independent Medical Reviews, will be processed by the client coordinator.
- The coordinator will take care of receiving cases, extract the necessary data, and input it into the electronic database using either Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Work both individually and collaboratively with other team members to make sure that inquiries are answered, records are created, and cases are returned on schedule.
- Coordinators will use critical thinking techniques to decide on the following actions and will contact customers by phone to get any missing data, among other things.
- Must be able to use spreadsheets, computers, and a stable internet connection.
- Work in a metrics- and quota-driven atmosphere must be comfortable.
- The workload will necessitate some phone-based client and customer collaboration.
- It is desirable if you have experience with medical claims or insurance!
Schedule: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
- High-speed internet that is dependable is required.
- For use in this position, you’ll need your own laptop or computer.
- It’s essential to be familiar with HIPAA rules and patient privacy.
- Looking for somebody with experience in insurance, claims, and remote healthcare.
- Diploma from high school
