Before moving to a remote role, this position requires in-office training in Sterling Heights, Michigan, so you must be commutable to the Sterling Heights, Michigan area for training.

Responsibilities:

  • Check completed work for plagiarism or content mistakes before submitting the finished output. – Request further information for documents that are judged incomplete.
    Keep thorough records of your tasks, files, and progress. Search the internet for information. Store your research in databases, spreadsheets, and CRMs.
  • Review and eliminate unnecessary information, as well as merge information from various sources.
  • Survey results and data sheets

Requirements:

Significant computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize needs, and expedite tasks as needed. Intermediate level Microsoft Excel experience. Data entry experience. Experience with medical billing or benefits. Consistent typing accuracy – Capability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization – One or more years of relevant experience
