Responsibilities:
- Request further information for documents that are deemed deficient.
- Keep thorough records of your work, files, and progress.
- Examine reports and data sheets
- Consolidate data from several sources, verify, correct, and eliminate any unneeded information
- Enter data into databases, customer relationship management systems, and spreadsheets.
- Examine completed work for plagiarism or content issues before submitting the finished output.
- Search online databases for data
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Hotspot
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM
- Extensive knowledge of using standard office supplies and procedures
- Experience with data entry required
- Preferable Computer Data Entry expertise
- Experience with email correspondence in the real world
- Knowledge of CRM
- A general understanding of Slack
- Extensive experience with data entry using numbers
- Have performed data entry
- Quality Data Input Experience
- Consistently accurate typing
- Outstanding verbal, writing, and interpersonal communication abilities
- 3 years or more of relevant experience
- Attention to detail and the capacity to multitask are essential.
- Expertise with databases, customer database systems, spreadsheets, presentations, word processing, and spreadsheets.
