As WW modernizes, the Data Analytics team will have a significant impact on the future of our products and business. We are searching for an experienced data analyst or scientist with an emphasis on impact to join our team of 15+ people who are driving a data-first culture throughout WW.
What you’ll do is as follows:
- Our team primarily serves as strategic thought partners to the product management function (including growth) by:
- Ad hoc product analysis,
- AB test and experiment design and analysis
- Performance KPI definition and descriptive reporting
- You should conduct your own research if you have an idea. Either:
- Analytics includes descriptive and inferential statistics, as well as
- Causal inference, Bayesian statistics, cluster analysis, predictive modeling are all examples of data science.

- Good business sense and a desire to influence WW’s path
- Collaboration with product managers/work on software or apps
- Experienced SQL entails a) complicated querying and b) an understanding of how to build data infrastructure to more efficiently undertake reproducible high-quality analysis.
- R or Python for scientific purposes
- A/B testing design and analysis experience
- Expertise developing and disseminating KPIs
- Software for Visualization (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
