Position Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will create data products and reporting tools, as well as investigate our massive data lake. This role’s responsibilities include developing reporting tools, integrating reporting systems, and bringing data to life for our clients and internal teams. We are searching for a strong, motivated, team-oriented individual who is a gifted communicator and can tailor their message to different groups.

You’ll do the following:

• Learn about MNTN platforms, user interfaces, databases, and data pipelines.
• Evaluate and audit data for accuracy and recommended/forecast insights related to our product iterations.
• Analyze and report our data in order to deliver it to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Validate and QA various aspects of our data before and after development to guarantee that our business requirements are met.
• Investigate/triage/debug data incidents and make resolution recommendations

Things you’ll need to bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in quantitative/analytical or marketing fields is required (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Expertise with big volume environments (100M+ records) or data warehousing
• Excellent SQL experience, preferably in Postgres, with the ability to build scalable, maintainable queries
• Working experience in Product Development teams, supporting products from conception to deployment, as well as ongoing iterations
• Analytical and advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities
• Ability to interpret in-depth analytics, uncover actionable information, and effectively communicate with the rest of the organization.
• Ability to develop data visualizations for use in communication with others via reports and dashboards is required.
