• Data Cleaning and Preparation: Work with BI teams to guarantee data quality and integrity as you clean and preprocess data for analysis while maintaining correctness and completeness.
• Reporting and Visualization: Provide stakeholders with understandable and captivating reports and data visualizations; communicate findings to audiences with and without technical background.
• Business requirements: Work together with business divisions to comprehend the requirements and demands for data; convert business inquiries into useful insights and data-driven solutions.
• Cooperation: To guarantee alignment with goals, cooperate with cross-functional teams from BI, Client Success, Product, Professional Services, and Sales.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a similar discipline
• A track record of success in a data analyst or related position
• Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
• Proficiency in interacting with both internal and external partners across functional boundaries
• Knowledgeable about data analysis methods and tools
• Familiarity with process documentation and modeling
