Job Type: Data Analyst from home
Location: California work from home
Company: CVS Health
- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (with some flexibility in the candidates time zone)
- There won’t be a need for weekends or holidays.
- There may be up to 10% travel.
To gather, arrange, and analyze data in this position, you will consult with stakeholders and leadership of Enterprise Learning Development & Performance (ELD&P). The duties of this position involve conducting a thorough analysis of the data and choosing the most effective visual representation that will either tell managers and stakeholders a story or give them the information they need to make decisions.
You will ensure quality assurance, be incredibly meticulous, and have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas. You should be able to comprehend data, possess good quantitative abilities, and have business sense.

Pay
In general, this position pays between:
- 43,700 minimum
- 100,000 maximum
Requirements:
Necessary qualifications
- Two or more years of data analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree
or
- An Associate’s degree AND 4+ years of data analytic expertise
or
- 6+ years of data analysis expertise and a high school diploma or GED
- Superior Excel
Preferred credentials
- Knowledge of using Tableau’s front and back ends
- Experience creating and maintaining database applications in QuickBase Education Experience collecting, retaining,
- Manipulating, or reporting data using QuickBase, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or Power BI
Education:
- Undergraduate degree or comparable job experience (see requirements)
