Candidate in other locations will be completely isolated.

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with some flexibility.
There will be no weekends, holidays, or travel required.

This position is in charge of providing analytical support to CVS Enterprise Procurement. You will be responsible for conducting and providing actionable data dashboards, advanced spend analytics, and identifying data efficiencies as a Procurement Analyst. This position will require you to work with multiple departments within CVS to track, report, and identify cost-cutting opportunities to drive business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support, manage, and lead ongoing critical initiatives; initiate, manage, and lead new procurement strategy initiatives
• Identify, plan, and carry out analyses that will provide critical answers to the questions at hand.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to create in-depth analyses and innovative solutions that result in actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Analytics Advisors to create spend profiles, category pipelines, and in-depth financial analyses to drive enterprise savings.
• Become an expert in the various data sources (ERP, Ariba, Service Channel, Concur, and so on) in order to create a consolidated review of the company’s addressable spend base and provide analytical support for Procurement processes.
• Create and maintain operational Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights to Procurement teams.
• Proactively identify areas for advanced analytical efforts that can drive enterprise-wide savings and efficiencies.
• Reduce or eliminate manual processes in Procurement by using VBAs and macros.
• Keep track of, and report on, procurement cost savings and cost avoidance.
• Assist teams in Category Management with baseline analysis, model development, and advanced RFP analysis.
• Identify and implement procurement system, process, and metrics reporting efficiencies.

The typical salary range for this position is: Maximum: 100,000 Minimum: 43,700

Please keep in mind that this range represents the average pay for all positions in the job grade in which this position is located. The actual salary offer will consider a variety of factors, including location.

Requirements:

Qualifications Required

• 1 year or more of relevant experience (Procurement, Finance, Analytics)
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office

Education: Bachelor’s degrees in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
