An experienced data analyst is needed to expand the team for a top healthcare organization. For consideration, this applicant MUST be a resident of the Washington State region and have 5-7 years of data analyst experience.
Independently assessing information about the 45,000+ members of our union. The management of our master data set, the creation of reports, and the investigation of data problems will fall under the purview of this function. You require a keen eye for detail, work experience as a data analyst, and a solid grasp of widely used databases and data analysis tools in order to perform successfully in this position.
Responsibilities:
• Proven data analysis skills
• Proven expertise and high levels of SQL competency
• Provide quality control for imported data, collaborating with additional analysts as needed.
• Handling sensitive data and information in accordance with regulations.
• Create reports and analysis based on a single or a number of systems.
• Assisting in the administration and planning of the reporting environment, including metadata, security, and data sources.
• Supporting activities for data standardization and integrity.
• Assessing updates and modifications to the source production systems.

Requirements:
Capabilities & Skills
- Working knowledge in data analysis or a similar field.
- The ability to conduct quality checks in order to produce reliable reports.
- Being able to communicate business requirements in simple, non-technical words
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively and creatively in a collaborative environment while meeting deadlines
Minimum Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable job experience using database systems and reporting complicated data at increasing degrees of responsibility;
• Experience with Salesforce
• Knowledge with SQL and/or Apex SQL programming
• Preferable experience with predictive analytics
• It would be preferable if you had previous experience working for a labor union, progressive non-profit, community organization, advocacy group, political campaign, or elected person.
• Fighting to elevate standards for all workers in the business while demonstrating a dedication to fostering excellent work/employer relationships is also a bonus, preferred
