Responsibilities:
- To update the AEO Code of Conduct database, work collaboratively with technology partners to identify improvements and potential additional data sources.
- Working collaboratively with technology partners to debug components, find fixes, and confirm remediation of code flaws will help to ensure data integrity.
- User acceptance testing, creating user stories, and post-implementation verification
- To identify, measure, and keep track of critical metrics, improve current procedures.
- Develop and test analytical dashboards and reports using your hands-on expertise to monitor critical indicators.
- Work closely with the AEO Data Science Manager to examine data sets and spot new patterns, developing trends, and data-driven visualizations that are efficient at turning data into insights that can be put to use.
- Help senior leaders create presentations that have an impact and are effective (e.g., make sure the important concepts being conveyed to business and functional executives are delivered clearly and simply).
- Handle highly sensitive material discretely and professionally. Assist in the application of change management approaches to find opportunities and gaps in a change process.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of data analytics expertise, along with proven abilities in database management and process automation
- Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other comparable report management technologies
- Large-scale data analysis, interpretation, organization, and visualization skills Understanding of the design and concepts of data visualization, including creating static, animated, and interactive visualizations
- A track record of knowing which chart kinds to use when
- Grasp of how to create graphs that are basic, understandable, and convincing using statistics
- A mastery of Microsoft Excel
- SQL intermediate knowledge necessary
- Process-driven, with excellent organizational abilities, data-driven, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical abilities and the will to learn new techniques, tools, and talents
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to create and develop long-lasting professional connections
- Autonomous and proactive work style
- Strong written, oral, and listening communication abilities

Preferred Requirements
- Understanding of Agile methodology and delivery concepts is a bonus, as is prior Rally experience.
- Experience managing IT projects is a bonus.
- For data analysis and/or automation, Python and/or R are advantages.
- Machine learning expertise is a plus.

$55,000 to $105,000 per year in salary, plus bonuses and benefits
