Client Support Representative – Aston Carter Remote Jobs

Job Type: Client Support Representative from home

Beginning on: 3/6
Schedule: Must be available Monday through Sunday from 5 a.m. to midnight, including holidays. You must be totally open and available at these times.
$18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Resolving complex incoming problems every day via chat, email, or phone.
- Resolve any incoming client issues while providing superior customer service during every engagement.
- Professionally and promptly respond to time-sensitive issues via email, phone, or social media, such as payments, account inquiries, driver problems, or troubleshooting.
- Build a strong understanding of our client’s systems, procedures, and resources, as well as how to employ them to achieve success.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience using chat, email, or phone to resolve inbound customer issues. (PLEASE make sure to include a current résumé.)
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a major bonus!
- It is necessary to have computer proficiency, be able to type rapidly, and professionally respond to emails and chats.
- training for 2 weeks (need to be quick learners)
- Must be incredibly flexible
