Roles and Responsibilities:

• Regional PCI Management/Support:
• PCI Regional initiatives
• Application development liaison:
• Ensure all software development is consistent with the DHL Information Security Management System
• Data Classification first level support. Regional DPR/PIA support:
• GDPR One Trust expertise
• Management of Security Incidents in IT:
• Develop metrics and dashboards for identifying potential threats, suspicious/abnormal behavior, malware, etc.
  Respond to technical questions and concerns regarding security.
  Perform digital forensic analysis using email, user, log, and file examinations.
• Monitor and respond to breaches of privacy and malware threats:
• Monitoring and analyzing logs and alerts from multiple technologies (IDS/IPS, Firewall, Proxies, Anti-Virus, etc.) on multiple platforms.
  IT Security Vendor Administration:
• First level of support and relationship management with IT projects’ vendors. IT Security requirements liaison (CCTV).
  IT Security Assistance for Sales:
• Assist the sales team with any requests for IT Security-related information.
• Regional Support for Change Management:
• Guide partners on a vast array of Technology Controls and Information Security programs, policies, and incidents.
  Regional Support for Patch Management:
• Support regional communications for all IT Security patch management and deployment based on the importance of their impact on the business.
  Regional Project Management Support for IT Security:
• Analyze IT requirements to evaluate security risks.
• Encourage Regional Follow-up:
• Evaluations of vulnerabilities by Qualys Archer
  Support for IT Security Audits:
• Corporate Compliance.
  Protocol standardization SFTP, SSL etc.
  ISMS IT Security documentation:
• Contribute to or lead the completion of risk and control design assessments for all business applications, business portfolios, and the enterprise as a whole, as well as risk mitigation and remediation plans and strategies.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IT security application and development.
• A passion for security, learning, and sharing of knowledge.
• Solid understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite and associated security issues.
• Strong capability to support IT Security tools, including Code Review for applications and internal developments using HP Fortify, IBM App Scan, and Forescout.
• Solid understanding of specific operating system platforms, routers, network protocols, and security architecture.
• Utilization of well-known security tools, including NMAP, Nessus, TCPDump, Wireshark, Netcat, and Kali Linux.
• Knowledge of common vulnerabilities and attacks.
• Strong knowledge of the common categories and characteristics of malware.
• Coursework at the graduate level in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relevant experience.
• Important are security industry certifications such as CISSP and CISM.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
