MUST BE AVAILABLE 6 AM – 12 AM MONDAY – SUNDAY FOR AN 8-HOUR SHIFT 5 DAYS A WEEK
Responsibilities:
- Maintain 5 star customer service by answering inbound calls for live food orders for the partner’s Merchants and Customers.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of how the company uses its processes and systems to promote positive outcomes.
- Operate with a willingness to grow alongside a diverse team that is passionate about what we do and the impact we are having on the industry.
- Go above and beyond to provide the best possible result for our customers.

Additional Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat preferred, but customer facing experience is also acceptable.
- Within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system such as SalesForce, you have strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- You are customer-obsessed and enjoy assisting others.
- You are a strategic thinker who enjoys exploring new opportunities and making process improvements.
- You are within driving distance of our Tempe, Arizona facility.
