Position Description:

Before altering the decision maker on the account, they would need to go through a series of verifications with the owner. From the merchant side, another example might be a restaurant owner who hasn’t received money and is calling in to find out when he or she will. An example from the dasher side would be if a dasher called in because they were involved in a car accident and the agent was required to assist in resolving the situation. They will have to deal with some really difficult situations. Agents must be able to overcome obstacles while remaining professional. Managers will address the most serious cases.
