Responsibilities:
- Become the proactive ally of your client!
- Lead monthly meetings, suggest marketing strategies to increase brand sales and engagement, educate clients on platform features and functionality, evaluate client data, and help clients define and achieve their annual program goals are all ways to manage client relationships.
- To effectively manage and provide software adoption, critical KPIs (such as test results, marketing campaign outcomes, survey results, new modules, etc.) and any post-implementation objectives, get trained on and familiarize yourself with the Punchh platform.
- Recognize and comprehend the business objectives of your clients, and use the Punchh platform to provide campaign recommendations that will assist them achieve their objectives.
- Review performance and update clients’ strategic needs during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with marketing teams and C-level executives.
- Make that client records, administration, and progress reports are in line with what Punchh and the client agreed upon.
- In accordance with best practices, ensure a seamless transition from startup to onboarding, support, and maintenance.
- Anticipate and comprehend the wants of your clients in a proactive manner to spot possible upsell chances.
- Oversee client renewals and continued retention.
- Support the sales team during the pre-sales phase of the client acquisition process, as needed.
Requirements:
- REQUIRED is AT LEAST 2+ years of experience managing client accounts in B2B SaaS organizations. Strongly preferred is prior client experience working in a restaurant or C-store. It is also preferred if you have experience with CRM, eCommerce platforms, or marketing. Options include managing significant commercial and/or enterprise brand client accounts for digital marketing agencies.
