Position Description:

VirtualHealth is looking for candidates at the associate level to join our Customer Experience team. Recent college graduates with between one and three years of professional experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a strong interest and, ideally, experience in healthcare, technology, or both to be considered qualified.

What Will You Do:

  • The Customer Experience team is responsible for ensuring that VirtualHealth customers using the Helios platform to deliver care to millions of members receive world-class service and support.
  • This challenging and rewarding customer-facing position will allow you to develop product management, client support and communication, and process delivery skills at the intersection of healthcare and technology.


  • Become an expert in the various functional areas of the Helios software system and the business and clinical workflows of our customers
  • Interact with customers and assist in diagnosing and resolving potential product problems
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Client Business Solutions teams to drive issue resolution via agile management and prioritization.
  • Create and prioritize internal tickets using the Jira and Confluence project management software to document confirmed product issues.
  • Provide customers with timely, accurate, and exhaustive product resolution updates.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team on enhancements and refinements to the product.
  • Support the entire VirtualHealth business model, including User Acceptance Testing, new client implementation and go-live, and business and clinical operations at the production level.
