Position Description:
For our Milford, Massachusetts office, Milton CAT is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR). It will be the duty of this job to welcome clients, take incoming calls, route clients and calls to the proper associates, and respond to client inquiries. The ideal applicant will be very well-organized, capable of offering outstanding customer service, and able to work quickly.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions and cheerfully and amiably send all incoming calls and customers to the proper coworkers while greeting clients.
- Find missing or incorrect orders, locate orders quickly, and conduct research on them.
- help with cleaning and organizing the dock area and parts pick-up kiosk.
- help with the processing of warranty part returns, new part returns, and core returns.
- Helping Parts Reps at the counter with customer purchases
- process payments made with cash, checks, and credit cards
- Deal with electronic orders from eBiz, PartsStore, and PCC.
- Order CAT products and clothing, sell them, and keep a proper inventory of them.
- Work on additional projects as directed by the manager or supervisor Weekend availability is necessary
Qualifications
- good retail experience and strong customer service skills
- Pleasant phone voice, upbeat attitude, and phone “smiles”
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask
- speedy, extremely motivated, and able to operate under pressure
- savvy with technology and quick to pick up new ones
