Position Description:

We are seeking courteous, knowledgeable Customer Support Call Center Agents to represent our clients professionally by delivering exceptional phone service to their consumers. The Customer Service Call Center Agent may manage a high volume of incoming or outgoing calls and should strive to provide each caller with a great experience. Customer Service Call Center Agents will listen to customers in order to determine the nature of their call, handle all inquiries, and deliver an accurate and timely response.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls and discuss outstanding balances.
  • Develop trustworthy, long-lasting connections with clients, customers, and other call center staff members.
  • Meet productivity and quality criteria set by the department.
  • Strive for first-call resolution and accept full responsibility for client issues.
  • Communicate and follow directions to resolve customer issues in a single call.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving numerous client enquiries and problems effectively and promptly.
  • Participate actively in educating customers about the products and services of our client.

Skills Requirements:

  • Experience in collections in a transaction-based workplace such as a contact center or retail store is preferred, as is the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
  • Must be capable of working alone and in a team setting.
  • Problem solving capabilities.
  • Maintaining precision and production standards.
  • Physical presence is crucial to success and vital to achieve goals.
  • You are permitted to work any shift, including nights and particularly weekends.
  • Education Requirements: Diploma, GED, certificate from a Vocational or Technical School, or an equivalent is necessary.
