What You’re Going to Do
- All new support staff hires should be onboarded through online and in-person classroom facilitation.
- Motivate our support workers to continue their studies in order to advance their careers.
- When we launch a new collaboration or campaign, we train any new BPO Call Center staff or trainers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across all levels to provide training materials centered on product, policy, or process updates.
- Determine and direct trainings to close education gaps among our new and tenured agents.
What Makes You Unique:
- 1+ years of training and development experience, preferably in service operations or call centers
- Previous Quality Assurance experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup setting is strongly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in education is preferred.
- Capable of public speaking and engaging others via various platforms or virtual worlds.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the company
- Outstanding communicator
- Great capacity to establish strong cross-functional partnerships at all organizational levels.
- Proven track record of transforming agents from good to great
- A strong desire to provide excellent client service
- Excellent technical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with HIPAA, Healthcare Salesforce, and Lessonly is preferred.
