Position Description:

We are a fast-growing startup in search of someone who is willing to get their hands dirty. What You’re Going to Do

  • All new support staff hires should be onboarded through online and in-person classroom facilitation.
  • Motivate our support workers to continue their studies in order to advance their careers.
  • When we launch a new collaboration or campaign, we train any new BPO Call Center staff or trainers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across all levels to provide training materials centered on product, policy, or process updates.
  • Determine and direct trainings to close education gaps among our new and tenured agents.

What Makes You Unique:

  • 1+ years of training and development experience, preferably in service operations or call centers
  • Previous Quality Assurance experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup setting is strongly preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in education is preferred.
  • Capable of public speaking and engaging others via various platforms or virtual worlds.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Outstanding communicator
  • Great capacity to establish strong cross-functional partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven track record of transforming agents from good to great
  • A strong desire to provide excellent client service
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with HIPAA, Healthcare Salesforce, and Lessonly is preferred.
