Registration for more than 30 international conferences, lodging reservations for the conferences, updating attendees’ profiles for the conferences, responding to any inquiries about the conference and location, and other on-the-job requests from management are all
Requirements:
Initial instruction and the necessary tools will be given to them over the course of two to three weeks.
There are three platforms for verbal and writing communication with attendees: calls, emails, and web live chat.
Starting compensation is $15 per hour.
Must have a quiet space at home with reliable internet access; tools will be given.
Background in call centers or customer service is preferred.
Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm, two weeks of in-office training
Then work remotely from home, Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
This project will run through June, after which there will be a chance to collaborate on additional initiatives.
