Robert Half is looking for a talented, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join a growing company in the South Metro.

The position of Customer Service Representative is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will begin immediately. The Customer Service Representative will be expected to answer incoming customer calls, process and enter orders, troubleshoot issues, and effectively communicate with a wide range of contacts.

Although this is a completely remote position, our client requires candidates to live in Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

• Inquire with entities about candidate verification.
• Enter confidential information into the internal application system correctly.
• Answer incoming client/candidate calls
• Investigate and conduct online searches
• As needed, assist other departments with tasks/projects.

Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with data entry is preferred.
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and difficult environment
