Customer Service Representative – Remote Overnight Jobs

Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home

Responsibilities:
- Answering a lot of incoming calls (30–50 per day)
- Respond to incoming calls from clients asking about the location and order status of their exercise equipment.
- Inform clients if and when equipment has arrived, when it should arrive, and if any items are backordered.
- Respond to calls from clients requesting order cancellations.
- Recording calls by entering data into their database
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both present and potential customers
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and the phone to communicate with internal clients.
Requirements:
- Prior adopting a totally remote schedule, you must be able to travel to Vancouver, Washington, for training.
- +1 year of Call Center
- Being able to manage between 4-5 computer programs and screens at once
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
