Responsibilities:
- Accept incoming phone calls and emails from workers and their dependents with general insurance questions.
- Help with the web portal’s login credentials reset
- Take fast action to address and/or resolve customer questions and issues.
- Keep track of all communications and transactions with customers.
- Note specifics of questions, remarks, grievances, and actions done.
- Keep track of and resolve all open cases and consumer inquiries.
- Regularly interact with individuals and groups and communicate across a variety of channels (e.g., phone).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of continuously employed history
- Higher education diploma
- Must be a Western New York resident
