Responsibilities:
Calling clients to update their registration information for the FDA will be their responsibility. will be in charge of adding client information to the FDA’s electronic database. Additionally, they must be able to explain to potential customers the rules set forth by the US Food and Drug Administration for the production of food, beverages, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
- Manage a high number of incoming sales calls quickly.
- When managing various topics, adhere to communication “scripts”
- By going above and above, you may engage clients and create lasting relationships.
- Pay attention to the demands of your clients, clarify information, investigate every problem, and offer remedies or substitutes.
- Whenever a chance to sell more things presents itself, seize it.
- Exceeding one’s own and the team’s sales targets
Requirements:
- Call center experience of 1-2 years or more
- The applicant should be able to send and receive business emails in English.
- This employee should be able to type at about 40 WPM and feel at ease talking to customers on the phone.
- Knowledge of every Microsoft Office program.
- A working understanding of computers and the capacity to learn specialist software.
- Has the ability to follow a call’s “script.”
