Responsibilities:

Execute daily order management tasks, such as:

  • Determining the needs of the consumer
  • Definition of the quantity or needs for a given part
  • Check/confirm availability/delivery of the part(s).
  • Part(s) pricing and quoting
  • Order entry, order confirmation, and data input
  • Order tracking, delivery confirmation, and invoicing
  • Processing of returns and warranty claims
  • Credits
  • Positive customer connection to effectively address their emotional and practical demands.
  • Extremely sensitive to consumer needs
  • Capable of conveying/receiving critical information
  • Honest and professional telephone manner
  • Aware of call-back requests and responsive
  • To guarantee that client expectations are met 100 percent of the time, work with other departments such as finance, purchasing, inventory planning, logistics, sales, tech support, training, and service, among others.
  • Collect technical data to assist the customer in defining certain part or number needs.

Requirements:

  • To guarantee that client expectations are met 100 percent of the time, work with other departments such as finance, purchasing, inventory control, traffic and warehousing, sales, hotline, and service.
  • Collect technical data to assist the customer in defining certain part or number needs.
  • Utilizing technical part manuals
  • Order status (client update)
  • Authorization for returns (get necessary approvals)
  • As circumstances dictate, support other employees (work as a team)

Additional abilities & credentials:

Must possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service. Preferable technical call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding computing capabilities. working with three distinct systems and three monitors. Must possess computer literacy and be able to use the systems.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

PERFECT TO HAVE:

  • Experience in automotive/aerospace client service
  • Practical technical knowledge
  • IT experience
  • Parts knowledge
  • Utilizing ERP/CRM systems
  • Request entrance and construction quotes
