Responsibilities:

You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans in this position. To help our members better understand their coverage and alternatives, you will handle incoming calls and provide answers to inquiries about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order medications. You will provide the solutions required to assist them simplify their medical experience through your talents and knowledge. While broadening your own experiences and increasing your CVS career options, you will get the chance to learn more about health care!

Requirements:

Required credentials

• 1 year of customer interaction experience, including contact centers, retail, customer service environments, the hotel industry, and the military.
• Knowledge of Windows-based programs on computers

Preferred Requirements

• Associates degree or experience to the same extent
• Possibility of constructive, fruitful problem-solving
• Able to relate to consumers in a compassionate, helpful manner that shows a sincere interest in enhancing their quality of life
• Reliability and adherence to timing guidelines
• Possessing the capacity for tolerance, empathy, assurance, and assurance
• Strong customer service abilities, including professionalism and polite telephone manners
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and oral skills

Education
