As a member of Team Alorica, you will support and assist our clients by attending to customer problems and resolving difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients with any problems or questions they have when using the product or service
- Record call-related data for reporting and auditing needs.
- Keep client information current and update it as needed.
Requirements:
- GED or high school diploma
- Experience in customer service is necessary.
- strong ability to navigate a computer
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
- outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Outstanding comprehension and listening abilities
- Kind and courteous; focused on the needs of the customer
Workplace Conditions
- Continuous use of computers and phones
- The address on your personnel file must be a private home where your work from home setting is situated.
- Alorica will give you all the tools you need to get the job done, which can include a webcam.
- You will just need to supply DSL or cable for your Internet/Broadband connection. No Internet access by dial-up, satellite, or wireless.
- It is necessary for your workstation to have a direct Internet connection and documentation proving that your ISP offers a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps.
