As a member of Team Alorica, you will support and assist our clients by attending to customer problems and resolving difficulties.

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients with any problems or questions they have when using the product or service
  • Record call-related data for reporting and auditing needs.
  • Keep client information current and update it as needed.

Requirements:

  • GED or high school diploma
  • Experience in customer service is necessary.
  • strong ability to navigate a computer
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking
  • Outstanding comprehension and listening abilities
  • Kind and courteous; focused on the needs of the customer

Workplace Conditions

  • Continuous use of computers and phones
  • The address on your personnel file must be a private home where your work from home setting is situated.
  • Alorica will give you all the tools you need to get the job done, which can include a webcam.
  • You will just need to supply DSL or cable for your Internet/Broadband connection. No Internet access by dial-up, satellite, or wireless.
  • It is necessary for your workstation to have a direct Internet connection and documentation proving that your ISP offers a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps.
